Malang, STIKI Malang has successfully secured Government Aid for the International Credit Transfer Program for the Academic Year 2023. This aid is in the form of financial support from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) for the year 2023 to facilitate student mobility in attending classes for one semester at Foreign Higher Education Institutions (PT-LN) partnered with STIKI Malang that align with the desired competencies.
Arif Tirtana S.Kom, M.Kom, Head of Global Communication and Public Communication (KGKP) at STIKI Malang, revealed that the process of obtaining this grant involved a series of stages. Starting from the preparation of proposal documents to the selection of students eligible for grant facilities. The process also involved English language proficiency testing through TOEFL Preparation and TOEFL Tests conducted by the Information Technology and Communication Assurance Center (PPTIK) at STIKI Malang.
“We are committed to providing opportunities for STIKI Malang students to gain learning and cultural experiences abroad. Through this grant, our students can improve their English language skills and gain valuable insights into the international academic environment,” said Arif Tirtana.
Students Departing for Study at Foreign Higher Education Institutions (PT-LN)
A total of seven STIKI Malang students have successfully secured assistance from this government credit program. Two students will depart for Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, India, while five other students will head to Tarlac Agricultural University, the Philippines.
